Do you offer race and event support or sponsorships?
Absolutely! We provide on-site mechanical support and sponsorship opportunities for mountain bike races and cycling events, including enduro, downhill, cross-country, and high school racing. We’re primarily focused on events throughout Colorado and surrounding states but are always open to opportunities nationwide. Whether you’re organizing a local race or a multi-day event, we’d love to be involved. Contact us to discuss your event and how we can help.
Do you offer suspension service and maintenance?
Yes! We offer suspension maintenance, setup, and component upgrades to help you get the most out of your mountain bike. Whether you’re looking for routine service or a suspension upgrade, contact us to discuss your options.
What types of bikes do you specialize in?
We specialize in high-end mountain bikes, including traditional and electric mountain bikes (e-MTBs), custom wheel builds, and professional bike service. Whether you’re looking for a custom build, routine maintenance, or a complete overhaul, we’ve got you covered.
How much does bike service cost?

How long will my bike service take?
We do our best to complete most services within 1–3 business days. Turnaround times may vary depending on the work needed, parts availability, and our current schedule. Contact us to discuss your service needs and availability.
Do I need an appointment for bike service?
Yes! All bike services are by appointment only. Please contact us to schedule your service so we can plan accordingly and get you back on the trails as quickly as possible.
Do you build custom wheels?
Yes! Custom wheel building is one of our specialties. We can help you select the ideal rims, hubs, and spokes to build a wheelset tailored to your riding style, terrain, and budget.
Can you special order suspension and bike components?
Yes! We regularly source and special order premium mountain bike components, including forks and shocks from FOX, RockShox, EXT, and Öhlins. Whether you’re upgrading your suspension or searching for a specific component, we can help you find the right parts for your bike. Contact us to discuss what you’re looking for.
What are your shop hours and location?
We’re based in Frisco, Colorado, and operate out of a private, appointment-only workshop rather than a traditional retail storefront. To ensure we’re available and ready for your visit, all services must be scheduled in advance. Please contact us to book an appointment and receive our shop address and directions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major payment methods, including credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, and cash. We do not currently accept Venmo.
